- 1/4 cup water, hot
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4-6 ice cubes (about 1/2 cup)
- 2-3 packets Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener
- 1 oz. (1 square) semisweet chocolate, grated; optional
Combine hot water and instant coffee in electric blender. Whirl until coffee is dissolved. Add milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener and ice cubes. Whirl 20 seconds until blended and frothy. Pour into serving pitcher.
To serve: Pour Cappuccino into ice-filled glasses. Sprinkle each with grated chocolate, if desired.
Yield: about 4 c. blended beverage
